Vintage EASTERN EXPRESS, INC. "5 Year Safe Driver" Award Belt Buckle

Offered is a vintage Eastern Express, Inc. trucking company of Terre Haute, Indiana vintage 5 Year Safe Driver Award Belt Buckle. I knew the individual that this belonged to and he was very proud of his many, many years of service to this company that came to an end when this company closed in 1977. The buckle shows wear, etc. It measures 2-1/8" x 1-1/8". I  have found no maker marks on the buckle and I believe it is brass with a section of gold mounted to it in which the employee's name is engraved in it. The 5 year safe driver award attached to it would have been made by the O. C. Tanner Comp. and it is 10k gold filled. Just to be clear, this was given to him by the company, it was not custom made by him. This comes from an era when a company actually appreciated their good employees and had no problem spending the money to make sure they were rewarded.
