Cast Iron Tachograph Reader with Magnifying Glass #3870
.
This item was used to read the tachograph dials that tracked the time driven for semi truck drivers.
The base of the stand/reader is cast iron making this piece heavy and stable on a desk.
Has a brass disc for the paper dials, disc has 1-12 numbers on one side 1-24 on Reverse.
Item is in very good used condition.
Embossed on base: 1  3870
With normal signs of being used, such as scuffs, scratches, from age, use, storage and handling.
