Vintage 1960's Hasbro Dolly Darling Shary, John, Beth, Cathy Hat Box Accessories

These items were found in a large vintage doll collection.  Original owner has had everything in smoke free storage for a very long time.  Included:
Shary Takes a Vacation - 13 Playing Cards
John & His Pets - One Section of Fence
Beth at the Supermarket - Bananas and a can of Crisco
Cathy Goes to a Party - One Plate of Dessert
Also included are three acrylic doll stands.  No chips or cracks, still in good usable condition.  Two of them have some spots on them (see pics).  I can't really tell what it is, maybe glue?
