Rubie's Costume Petite Parisienne Deluxe Child Costume, Small petit. Selling as used Condition - Pre-owned but it doesn’t appear to be used.
Measurements are from the neckline to bottom of the dress is 20 inches.
Side to side bottom is 30 inches.
Side to side sleeves is 28 inches.
Side to side waist is 8 inches before elastic. 12 inches when stretched.
Sleeves from shoulder blade is 12 inches.
