My grip has been a barrier for deadlifts, pull-ups, and some other exercises so these have been a huge help. It is hard to retrain yourself to not drag your hands as close to the body when pulling on a sumo but I’ve figured it out after 3 sessions now and have added 50 pounds to my lift in less than a month simply because the weight can stay on my hands. Would still recommend doing warmup lifts without these to help your grip over the long term.
