Minnie Mouse Costume - Girl's Dress & Leggings - Size M (like Size 8/10

Cute costume - the dress is a small; the leggings are girls size 8.  The dress is sleeveless with over the shoulder straps and ties in the back.   CUTE!!
MEASUREMENTS:  Dress is 27 inches from middle of top bodice to hem which is lace.   The lining is netting ending with pretty black lace that shows as an embellishment.  See photos.
DRESS - 30 inches across the chest.
Leggings are EMILY ROSE brand.  They are size  8.  Waist is 21 inches and is an elastic waist so it stretches from there.  The length of the leggings are 31 inches.
