Beautiful Mermaid Tail Skirt for girls! Size on tag says XL, but that didn't seem right, it looks closer to a child's Medium or Large at most. The sizing seems off, so I added the measurements in the photos for reference. Material is stretchy, especially the waistband, so it will stretch a little if needed. There is a stain that I noticed on the inside of the skirt but it is not visible through the outside of the skirt. Doesn't affect appearance. Otherwise it's in great condition.
